Harris is Principal at the Core Business Operations of Deloitte Consulting. More specific he is responsible for the Systems Engineering – Custom applications Implementation department of Deloitte. He is specializing in Digital Banking Solutions and Software Application Systems Architecture. Throughout his career, he has led complex transformation projects to bring about fundamental change and improvement in Technology Strategy and Digital Transformation for leading Banking organizations Worldwide and in Greece. Harris worked as Technical manager and Software Engineer for more that 13 years. His main responsibilities included requirements gathering and analysis, design and development of complex Web applications using a variety of technologies Prior to Deloitte, Harris was working for Advantage AFSE as Project Delivery Manager in various Banking Organizations Worldwide for the implementation of Web and Mobile Banking. Harris has as well experience in planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications in AWS & Microsoft Azure.
